If you use the contact link on our website or apply for a job opening, your own email application opens and your message is sent directly to us by email. We process the data you provide in the course of that email exclusively to handle your enquiry or application (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b or lit. f GDPR) and store it only for as long as necessary for that purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. Voucher Shop (External Website)
The "Vouchers" menu item links to the voucher shop at gutscheine.sine.at. This is a separate website with its own data processing, in particular for the ordering and payment process. This privacy policy does not apply to gutscheine.sine.at - the separate privacy policy of that shop's operator is available directly on that website.
Room Bookings (Booking Widget)
On our hotel location pages we embed a booking widget provided by Mews (api.mews.com) for room enquiries and bookings. When you open the booking widget or make a booking, technical data (e.g. your IP address) as well as the data you enter (e.g. travel dates, contact details and, where applicable, payment data) is transmitted to Mews and processed there in order to carry out your enquiry or booking. The legal basis is the performance of, or steps prior to entering into, the accommodation contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). Exception: For Hotel BEE GREEN Schönbrunn (Vienna), the "Book" buttons link directly to the own website of its operating company, SINE Hospitality Vienna GmbH (schoenbrunn-hotel.at). These bookings and the data processed there are subject exclusively to that site's separate privacy policy; no booking data for this location is processed on this website (sine.at).
Cookies and Storage of Your Choice
Our website does not currently use any cookies that require your consent.
